Tightening Evangeline's Limbs and Stringing her...

Here's a little how to on stringing a doll's neck (when they have zip-ties) and tightening their limbs

First cut off the zip tie:

Take out the stuffing:

You'll need a hair tie (for the limb tightening)

Wrap it around under the metal piece on the elastic limb tie

Keep wrapping around till you can't any more (do the last 2 steps for all 4 limbs)

Re-stuff the doll, this is tough but remember it can ALL fit back in

Use a icing spreader or wooden spoon to push the stuffing down

No it's not a knife just an icing spreader :)

Make sure you get it evenly in the shoulders 

Now for the stringing you need a bobby pin:

Tie some candle wick on the bobby pin (you can get wick at any craft store) 

String it through the neck area:

All the way through

Put the head on

Cut wick strings and tie real tight:

Now Evangeline can stand on her own again:
